This two-color letterpress printed card features an excerpt from John Keble's poem "Christmas Bells." It is printed in green and gold on a cream Flurry Cotton card, and comes with a matching envelope. It is blank on the inside for your message.
The text of the card was handset, one letter at a time in Italian Old Style type, and the cards were printed one at a time on a Golding Pearl Press made in 1892. The ornaments surrounding the message are vintage metal letterpress ornaments.
Each card ordered comes with a matching Flurry Cotton envelope. It is a standard-size card and can be mailed with a regular Forever stamp.
I make all prints in my shop personally by hand, including typesetting, carving illustrations, and printing on the press.
