This letterpress card featuring a quote from the inimitable Dr. Seuss is printed with forest green linseed oil ink on Flurry Cotton letterpress cards in white. The front of the card is letterpress printed, and the inside is blank for your message. This card is perfect for graduates, travelers, or anyone starting a new adventure of any kind.
The text of the card was handset, one letter at a time, and the cards were printed one at a time on a Golding Pearl Press made in 1892. The ornaments surrounding the message are vintage wood and metal letterpress cuts from all over the country and the world.
Each card ordered comes with a matching Flurry Cotton envelope. It is a standard-size card and can be mailed with a regular Forever stamp.
I make all prints in my shop personally by hand, including typesetting, carving illustrations, and printing on the press.
